More crashes this TT say police

THERE have been more crashes during this year's TT period than that of last year.

 

Police have revealed that they dealt with 63 crashes between May 30 and June 6.

 

In the same time period last year the police dealt with 50 crashes – showing an increase of 13.

 

Between May 30 and June 6 there were four fatal collisions, 24 serious collisions, 15 slight collisions and 20 instances where there was damage only.

 

Since Monday, June 6, three more people have been killed on the Island's roads bringing the total number of deaths so far to seven.
