by isleofman.com 8th June 2011

An inquest into the death of a 42-year-old Douglas man resumes today (Wednesday).

Stephen Paul Raby was found dead at his home in Alder Road, Pulrose by his daughter, last August.

Coroner Alastair Montgomerie recorded the provisional cause of death as carbon monoxide poisoning, but adjourned the proceedings so further tests could be carried out.

The inquest into the death of 57-year-old Anthony Pearson also reopens today.

He was found hanged at his home by a neighbour on Sunday, January 16.

Mr Montgomerie said investigations were continuing into the circumstances surrounding Mr Pearson's death.
