REPRESENTATIVES from the British Lung Foundation will be visiting the Isle of Man next week.
The foundation is hoping to extend its support network to the Isle of Man for the first time.
While on the Island the foundation will host two patient and carer networking events on Monday, June 13 and Tuesday, June 14 for anyone concerned with or suffering from lung disease.
Chair of the British Long Foundation in the North West Professor John Earis will open the event on Monday. He is a leading respiratory consultant at the University Hospital Aintree.
The events will include a question and answer panel and break out sessions with staff from the British Lung Foundation.
Monday's session starts at 12.30pm and will finish at 3.30pm. Tuesday's session starts at 10.30am and finishes at 1.30pm.
The sessions are free and will be held at the Keyll Darree Education and Training Centre at Noble's Hospital.
