by isleofman.com 6th June 2011

A LOCAL charity is offering people the chance to win a brand new Alfa Romeo MiTo during TT week.

Age Concern Isle of Man is selling raffle tickets every evening at Bushy's Beer Tent on Loch Promenade in Douglas.

The car has been brought to the Island by the Corkills Motor Group and is parked opposite the tent to attract attention.

Tickets cost £5 and are available from Age Concern staff in the tent, Age Concern's headquarters on Drinkwater Street and its shops in Ramsey and Port Erin, Extreme Art and Gadgets, the Manx Legion Club, Tracey Bell's SuperClinic and Carrefour health club in Douglas, Celtic Gold in Peel and branches of Spar.

The car and the team selling tickets will also be at the Ramsey Sprint tomorrow (Tuesday) and the Laxey Motorcycle Show on June 9.

The draw will be made at Age Concern's AGM on December 2 at The Empress Hotel.
