Southern village hosting day of family fun

Steve Colley and the Purple Helmets are among the star attractions at the annual fun day in Port Erin today (Monday).

The village is hosting a variety of family events, including sandcastle and junior football competitions, beach races, and a stunt show.

This afternoon two well known authors, seven-times TT winner Mick Grant and Roger Willis, will be signing their TT books at the Bridge Bookshop.

The event concludes with a firework display over Port Erin harbour at 11pm.
