The Isle of Man annual Higher Education Conference celebrates its silver jubilee later this month.
It was started by Ballakermeen High School in 1986 to ensure Island students had enough information to make informed university choices.
More than 70 organisations and other Higher Education institutions will be coming to the Island this year, over 67 of which are universities.
Several institutes will be here for the first time, including University College London, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and the University of West London.
Head teacher of Ballakermeen, Adrienne Burnett, says the event has grown in strength over the years - mostly by word of mouth - and as well as advice from individual institutions, there’ll be information on organising gap years in Australia and New Zealand.
The conference opens on Thursday, June 23 at 7pm in the Studio Theatre with presentations from the University of Huddersfield and the University of York.
