High noon start for Superbike TT

by isleofman.com 4th June 2011

Practice week is over and Superbike Saturday is upon us at TT 2011.

Bruce Anstey, John McGuinness and Guy Martin all looked strong in qualifying, with Gary Johnson and Michael Dunlop not far behind.

Meanwhile, in the sidecars it's difficult to look beyond Klaus Klaffenbock and Sulby's very own Dan Sayle.

But who do the fans want to win? (listen to audio file below):

Roads from Ramsey Hairpin to Creg-ny-Baa are due to close at 10.30am today (Saturday), and the rest of the course half an hour later.

The six-lap Dainese Superbike TT is scheduled to start at 12 noon, and the Sure Sidecar Race 1, over three laps, at 3pm.

There is full, live commentary on Manx Radio TT.
