A partner at law firm Appleby has been named in a prestigious list of leading lawyers.

John Rimmer, who is local group head of private client and trusts at the firm, features twice in this year's Citywealth Leaders List.

It's described as a guide to the 'creme de la creme' of the wealth industry, recognising leading advisers and managers to the wealthy.

The list is compiled through recommendations of clients, peers and charitable organisations.

John Rimmer appears in the Top Honours section in the Leading Lawyers category, and is also named as a Prominent Figure in the Contentious Trusts category.

It's the sixth year he has been listed in the publication.
