Police investigate smashed windows on building site

by isleofman.com 3rd June 2011

POLICE are investigating after someone smashed the windows of a property on a building site in the Kirby Estate in Douglas.

The windows were smashed sometime over the last three weeks.

PC Ben Horan of the Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "This is a mindless act and the police are anxious to hear from anybody who may have been involved in or seen the incident.

"The police would also like to point out the many hidden dangers of entering building sites, climbing on scaffolding and broken glass."

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Horan on 01624 631212.
