IT has been confirmed that Feeder will play at the Villa Marina on July 2.
The alternative rock group formed in Newport in Wales in 1991 and consists of duo Grant Nicholas and Taka Hirose.
David Cretney MHK, Minister for Community, Culture and Leisure, said: "I am delighted to confirm that Feeder are the next major artists for the Villa Marina's live music schedule this summer.
"They will be playing material from their new album as well as some of their indie anthems like Buck Rodgers and Forget About Tomorrow."
Feeder's last album Renegades was released in 2010 and peaked at number 16 on the album chart. It became their seventh top 20 album and sold more than 1.5 million copies in the UK.
Mr Cretney continued: "With more big names in music to confirm in the next few weeks we have packed calendar of live concerts to suit a huge range of tastes."
