'Peel in Motion' this weekend

An annual day to mark the TT in Peel has been revamped for 2011.

Organiser of 'Peel in Motion' Candy Atcheson says the event had become rather tired in recent years and was in need of a shake-up.

She says residents and visitors deserve much more when it comes to entertainment and believes she has found a way to showcase what Peel has to offer.

'Peel in Motion' takes place on 'Mad Sunday' (June 5) and, as the name suggests, there will be bikes, cars and boats on display, as well as live music, a treasure hunt and street entertainment, between 11am and 4pm.

Mrs Atcheson has high hopes for how the day will be received:
