TT fans to raise money for Hospice Isle of Man at airport

by isleofman.com 2nd June 2011

TT fans using Isle of Man Airport have a good opportunity to raise money for Hospice Isle of Man.

A Kawasaki Ninja bike from Jason Griffiths Motorcycles has been positioned in the check-in area by Manx2.com and fans can have their picture taken on the machine in exchange for a small donation to the charity.

Hospice Isle of Man is Manx2.com's charity of the year.

Manx2.com chairman Noel Hayes said: "We hope lots of passengers take the opportunity to have their picture taken on the amazing Kawasaki motorbike and make a contribution to Hospice Isle of Man, a charity which helps so many local individuals and families every year."

Hospice Isle of Man PR and marketing manager Mary Doyle said: "Thanks must go to Jason Griffiths Motorcycles for lending us the motorbike and to Manx2.com for co-ordinating everything.

"We have costs of £3.5m to meet every year and are grateful for all contributions and donations."
