Competitors sought for open athletics event

The IOMAA has announced the second of three track and field open meetings will take place on Monday, June 13 at the National Sports Centre athletics arena.

The event will be open to athletes of all abilities from under-11s to seniors/vets, with those unattached to a club also welcome to compete.

Entry is on the night costs just ?2 for under-11s to under-17s and ?4 for under-20s and above.

A ?1 levy will be added for unattached athletes.

The entry fee covers athletes to compete up to a maximum of three events during the meeting.

This will be one of the last competitive meetings before the Isle of Man takes one of its largest team of athletes to the Natwest Island Games in the Isle of Wight.

Registration is at 6pm for a prompt start at 6.30pm.
