Minister believes social care has improved

Health services in the Isle of Man are now more efficient than they were twelve months ago.

That's the belief of the minister for social care, just over a year after the restructuring of the Manx government.

Martyn Quayle's department came into being in April last year, and he says its creation has led to better services:
