Peel vandals face prosecution

by isleofman.com 27th May 2011

The hunt is on for vandals in Peel.

The town's skateboard park and the West View play area have been targeted in repeated attacks, and the commissioners say they will prosecute those responsible as soon as they are caught.

Fence panels were destroyed at the skateboard park and swings damaged and timber seating broken at the play area.

A beach shower was also damaged.

Commissioners say the incidents are costing ratepayers money and are urging the public to report any further incidents of damage to them or the police.
