A NEW business name and corporate brand has been launched by The Strand Group which provides a range of professional cleaning services.
‘Strand Facilities Services’ replaces ‘Strand Cleaners’. The company said today the change had been made “to demonstrate the company’s expanding capabilities and diversification into new business services.”
The Strand Group was launched over 20 years ago and has grown to become one of the Island’s largest privately-owned companies and a “one-stop business service provider”, said managing director, Graeme Snape.
“Following a period of successful diversification we feel that now is the right time to align the brand with our client proposition. Cleaning is still a very important part of our business but the introduction of new services has meant that we need a name and brand that better reflects what we offer.”
The document management side of Strand’s business has grown considerably since their initial venture into document storage in 2002 and now includes digital document scanning, secure document and data destruction, archiving and recycling.
The Group’s portfolio also includes their facilities management division, which offers services ranging from caretaking to project management.
Graeme Snape added, “We can help businesses refurbish, maintain or relocate premises, leaving them free to focus on their day-to-day job. Strand Facilities Services provides businesses with a single point of contact they can trust for all their needs.”
