Abba tributes by the double !

A TOP Abba tribute band is coming to the Isle of Man in August for a charity dinner and cabaret to raise funds for Age Concern.

 

“Abba Dabba Doo” will perform at Mount Murray Hotel on August 18th in an event which is being jointly sponsored by Celton Manx and Barclays Wealth.

 

Supporting the tribute band is Mark Walton. Other sponsors include Alliance & Leicester, H&B Pubs, Finishing Touches, Spar and Event Lighting Services.

 

Tickets for the show, which include dinner and wine, are £30 each. Tickets can be obtained from margaret.patrick@ageconcerniom.com

 

Meanwhile, another Abba tribute show is coming to the Island in July. ‘Thank you for the music’ will be staged at the Gaiety Theatre on July 9th.

 

It’s the 18th year on the road for the show which will also celebrate the 35th anniversary of the hit Dancing Queen.
