Get to Groudle for 12 hour marathon

by isleofman.com 21st May 2011

A host of Island personalities will be locked onboard Groudle Glen Railway for a marathon 12 hours on Sunday.

It’s all part of the 'Well Chuffed' event which aims to raise funds for Rebecca House – the Island’s children’s hospice – and the volunteer-run railway.

You can take a ride on the train to the cliff top cafe and enjoy afternoon tea and entertainment as part of the family fun day from 10am until 10pm.

Groudle volunteer Alex Brindley says there’ll be a host of things to do.
