Commissioner wants board to be even smaller

A former chairman of Onchan commissioners believes the authority should be further reduced in size.

Membership of the board went down from twelve to seven some time ago, but Brian Stowell now believes five would be the optimum number.

He will be putting forward a motion that effect at next week's meeting:
