MOORE Stephens Isle of Man has appointed Dani Kelly as compliance officer and money laundering reporting officer (MLRO).
She will be responsible for enhancing existing compliance policies, procedures and systems, training staff on all aspects of good practice and ensuring all regulatory requirements continue to be met.
Dani said: "Moore Stephens Isle of Man has proven itself as a growing and adaptive firm despite the current climate and I'm proud to be a part of it.
"I'm really excited about the new role and building on the existing gold standard of compliance."
Having previously been compliance officer at a local accountancy firm, Dani has more than 10 years experience in compliance related roles having worked across a range of financial services institutions including banking, insurance, accounting, audit, fund, trust service providers and corporate service providers.
She was educated in the Island and graduated from Edge Hill University with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Studies and Geography in 2001.
She holds the International Diploma in Compliance and the International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from the International Compliance Association and has recently been accepted to study for a Management with Compliance degree through Manchester Business School.
