'Behind the times' on freedom of information

Jersey's parliament, the States, recently passed the Channel Island's own freedom of information laws.

The Isle of Man is still waiting for similar legislation to be put forward, despite a long-standing commitment from Chief Minister Tony Brown that it would happen before the House of Keys general election in September.

The Positive Action Group has been lobbying for Mr Brown to fulfil his promise, and Edward Oldham asked chairman of the pressure group Roger Tomlinson if Jersey's move put the Isle of Man in a bad light:
