More Blues Festival pictures

by isleofman.com 2nd May 2011

THE Big Wheel Blues Festival ended in style last night at the Promenade Suite in the Villa Marina, Douglas.

Local band Soul Suspects plus visitors Grainne Duffy and The James Hunter Band closed the festival which was held in Douglas for the first time.

The event is usually centred around the Pavilion in Laxey but the venue was not available for this year's festival.

It is understood the event will return to Laxey next year after a successful - and sunny - weekend in the capital.

Here are some images from yesterday's performances.
