The Pigeon Detectives confirmed for TT

INDIE band The Pigeon Detectives have been confirmed as part of the music line up for this year's TT festival.

 

Their third album, Up Guards And At 'Em, was released earlier this month.

 

The band, who have supported the Kaiser Chiefs and Dirty Pretty Things, formed in 2004 and their first album, Wait For Me, went straight to number three in the UK album chart in 2007 and achieved gold status soon after.

 

They will be performing at the Villa Marina, Douglas, on Thursday, June 9. Tickets are £29.50.

 

Also performing at the Villa Marina during TT is Imelda May, on Tuesday, June 7, while AC/DC tribute DC/AC will be on stage on Saturday, May 28.

 

Travis will be performing at the Villa Marina prior to the TT on Wednesday, May 25.
