MORE than 75 guests - including corporate and private clients - attended MBL Financial's 25th anniversary client seminar recently.
The event was held at the Manx Museum lecture theatre and art gallery in Douglas and was co-sponsored by Creechurch Capital and the Prudential.
Guests listened to a presentation by David Wilkinson, CEO of MBL Financial, who welcomed the attendees and shared with them the wide range products and services - from pensions to mortgages - that MBL Financial is able to offer.
John Greenwood, CEO of Creechurch Capital, then talked about the global investment market place and how the services and products that Creechurch are able to offer their clients can assist them.
Finally Paul Fidell, head of business development – investments for the Prudential shared his thoughts on how the financial world had changed over the last quarter of a century and what he believed were some of the best options for portfolio investment over the next few years.
Guests were then invited and welcomed into the art gallery by the MBL Financial team to enjoy canapés and drinks and were able to ask any questions they had for the guest speakers as well as the wider MBL Financial team.
When clients were leaving they were presented with a gift package to mark the occasion which also included details on MBL and the two companies who supported the event.
Mr Wilkinson said: "It was a pleasure to meet so many of our valued clients and corporate introducers at the seminar and to share with them the services that MBL Financial can offer as well as how two of our valued partners see investment markets developing in the coming months."
Last year MBL Financial Services merged with with CFS Financial Consultants to become MBL Financial and it now has 21 staff.
However, the company's roots go back to 1986.
