The Easter story came to Peel at the weekend.
'Easter on the Hill' was a retelling of the story in words, music and drama, staged by a large group of actors at Peel Castle.
The event also featured live animals, and was played out in front of a crowd of hundreds who turned up specially, and some who came across it by chance.
It was organised by Fiona Anderson, and the same group that put on the 'Christmas on the Hill' reenactment of the Nativity story, at St John's.
She says it was a marvellous event and is already looking to the future.

The part of Jesus was played by Alex Brown, who heads up the work of the Scripture Union Ministry Trust in the Isle of Man.
