Clean emissions race 'here to stay'

Electric bikes will break the 100 miles an hour barrier at TT 2011.

That's the confident prediction of last year's TT Zero winner, Mark Miller.

Speaking at the official launch of TT 2011, Mark said he was confident the record would go, and that the clean emissions race was here to stay:
