by isleofman.com 22nd April 2011

THE government's e-business inward investment advisor is moving back into the private sector.

Ron Berry's contract with the government is coming to an end and he will start a secondment to SMP Partners with effect from April 26.

However he will continue to be employed by the Department of Economic Development until the end of his contract in July and will continue to be a member of the newly created e-business development group beyond that date.

Ron said he has enjoyed his time with the government - for whom he has worked for nearly four years - and is looking forward to continuing to forge public/private sector partnerships in the future.
