Job losses at Ronaldsway Aircraft Company

by isleofman.com 21st April 2011

Ronaldsway Aircraft Company says it’s to shed up to 25 jobs because of UK defence cuts.

The company, which makes ejector seats for military aircraft, says the UK’s spending review means its order book will be cut over the next year.

And that means the firm is asking for up to 25 voluntary redundancies from the workforce in its Business Defence Unit.

The Ronaldsway Aircraft Company currently employs more than 150 people and is based in Ballasalla.
