"People have been extremely generous in donating good quality furniture we'll be offering for sale at reasonable prices, with the proceeds going towards benefiting older people in the Isle of Man."
He also thanked Age Concern staff for their hard work in preparing the shop for business.
Number 73 is open on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. To donate items please telephone 01624 613044. Free collection can be arranged.
