Pedestrian hit by can of lager thrown out of car

POLICE are investigating after a pedestrian was hit by a can of lager which had been thrown out of a car.

 

The incident happened at 12.30am yesterday (Sunday) in Tromode Road, Douglas, in the area between the Cronkbourne Cricket Club and the nearby football pitch.

 

It involved a black car and police said that while the pedestrian was not injured it caused the victim 'some concern due to the unexpected nature of the incident'.
