It's the London Marathon on Sunday and, as usual, a host of Manx runners will be taking part.
Among them will be Castletown man Jamie Alcock.
Now resident in Greater Manchester, Jamie was educated at Castle Rushen High School and used to take part in the Great Meadow Run and the PooilVaish run, which he hopes will stand him in good stead!
He will be running with his girlfriend Elle to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and says they have a special reason to choose that charity.
