Praise for 'focused' Tynwald members

'Small is beautiful' is how one member of a visiting group from the Kenyan parliament has described the Isle of Man.

The East African country is changing from a single-chamber to a two-chamber system, and the delegation has been on the Island for several days to learn from how the Manx tricameral (or three-chamber) system operates.

Samwel Njuguna says members of Tynwald turn up rather more regularly than their Kenyan counterparts:
