Chief Minister to speak at Chamber lunch

by isleofman.com 13th April 2011

CHIEF Minister Tony Brown will be the guest speaker at the next Chamber of Commerce lunch in May and will face a question-and-answer session.

Mr Brown was the guest at the same lunch last year, along with Treasury Minister Anne Craine and Economic Development Minister Allan Bell. However, Mr Brown will be alone this time.

Chief executive of the Chamber, Mike Hennessy, is inviting members to formulate questions in advance of the May 13th lunch at the Palace Hotel which is expected to be full to capacity.

Mr Brown will be asked for his personal views on his own term of office and his views on the future, plus his thoughts on the forthcoming General Election.

The lunch is sponsored by HSBC. Tickets are £20 or £18.50 for sustaining members. Places can be booked via e-mail to debbie.corlett@iomchamber.org.im
