A delegation from the Kenyan parliament is visiting the Isle of Man this week, to learn from the oldest continuous parliament in the world.
Kenya's constitution is undergoing a transformation and, after 47 years, the single house or uni-cameral parliament is being scrapped, in favour of a two-chamber system.
Staff from the Kenyan parliament will learn how officers here serve the Keys, Legislative Council and, when they sit together, Tywnald.
The tour stems from a visit to Kenya last year by Rushen MHKs Phil Gawne and Juan Watterson with the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
