Officials from the Marine Accident Investigation Branch are on the Isle of Man today (Monday), investigating how a fishing boat from Northern Ireland and a huge cargo vessel collided five miles south of the Island.
The incident happened at 6am on Saturday, and led to a major rescue operation involving Port St Mary and Port Erin lifeboats.
The Lynne Marie was eventually towed back to port, with the four crewmen unharmed.
