THOSE wishing to exhibit at this year's Food and Drink Festival can sign up now.
Businesses, who wish to sell their products, provide a demonstration in the Food Theatre or supply catering for visitors, should download an application form from www.gov.im/daff.
This year’s Food and Drink Festival will take place on Saturday, September 24 and Sunday, September 25, at the Nunnery Gardens in the Isle of Man International Business School, Douglas.
To be eligible to take part all produce sold must be grown, reared, caught, brewed, pickled, baked, smoked or processed in the Island. Where serving or preparing food this must be local produce from the Isle of Man.
Completed forms should be returned to Audrey Fowler at the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture – by post to Thie Slieau Whallian, Foxdale Road, St Johns IM4 3AS or by e-mailing audrey.fowler@gov.im by Friday, May 13.
