A SENIOR associate at Appleby has been promoted to the position of Counsel.

 
Gill Crennell is a member of Appleby Isle of Man's corporate and commercial department and has extensive experience in offshore fund matters, public offers, financial services and regulatory compliance.

She also specialises in advising on corporate mergers and acquisitions. 

Sean Dowling, managing partner of Appleby's Isle of Man office, said: "This is a thoroughly well-deserved promotion for a key member of our team.  Gill's experience and professionalism have always been valued by her colleagues locally and I am delighted this has now been recognised at a group level."

Gill took up the position on April 1.
