Police investigate burglary at playground

A BURGLARY took place at the new playground at Barrule Road, Willaston, over the weekend.

 

A Stihl cutter, a socket set and a number of fuel containers were stolen from the site hut between 4.45pm on Friday and 7.45am on Saturday.

 

It is believed the items were taken in a green wheelbarrow which was also stolen from the site.

 

Anyone with information should contact PC Stewart Footer on 631212.
