German ace Rico Penzkofer is aiming for top ten finishes at TT 2011.
The 35-year-old has confirmed he will return to race on the mountain course for a third year after a best finish of 12th in the Senior last June when he lapped at 124.926mph.
Penzkofer will be with the same SK Support team and will continue with BMW machinery for the Superbike and Senior races but will ride a Yamaha in the two Supersport contests.
Helmut Dahne was the last German to finish on the rostrum when he was runner up in the 1986 Production B TT.
