More Parish Walk support from Black

Former Commonwealth, European and World 400 metre champion Roger Black is getting involved in the Scottish Widows Parish Walk again.

The Olympic silver medallist at Atlanta in 1996 took part in last year's 85-mile event, promoting the event beforehand and walking to Santon.

He will be on the Isle of Man next Thursday (April 7) to give a motivational talk at the Manx Museum lecture theatre .

Race director Ray Cox says he thoroughly enjoyed the Parish Walk experience and is keen to help again:
