A NEW publication showcasing the key benefits that the Island can offer to businesses has been launched.
Inspired is a 144 page magazine which includes information on e-gaming, financial services, space commerce, aviation, shipping and manufacturing.
It has been produced by Mainstream Financial and Mannin Media for the Department of Economic Development and will be used to help promote the Island as an international business centre.
Craig Wolstencroft, managing director of Mainstream Financial, said: "All of the editorial content in Inspired emphasises that the Island provides a unique business environment where there is a close relationship between government and the private sector with both working towards a common goal and promoting our collective interest in the success of 'Isle of Man as a whole'."
Economic Development Minister Allan Bell MHK said: "The Isle of Man is a great place in which to do business and the Inspired publication has done an excellent job of highlighting the diversity and quality of companies that operate in the Isle of Man, demonstrating how they are succeeding in one of the most entrepreneurial and business-friendly environments in the world."
The Isle of Man Government did not fund this publication instead costs were met through advertising revenue. Mainsteam Financial and Mannin Media are planning to produce an updated version of the publication for 2012.
