THE Association of Corporate Service Providers' April seminar will be given by Dyke M Arboneaux, partner at Brian Cave LLP, London.
Ms Arboneaux, an international tax specialist with particular expertise in US and UK tax systems, will be giving a presentation entitled Practical Guide to New US Tax and Securities Laws for Non-US Trustees, Custodians and Company Administrators at the Barclays Wealth-sponsored event on Thursday, April 7.
The session will take place at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with registration at noon for a 12.30pm prompt start and - depending on questions and contributions from the audience - it is expected to finish at about 1.30pm.
The seminar is free to staff of member firms and associate members of the ACSP.
