Consultation over plans to relocate a doctor's surgery in Kirk Michael is flawed and should start again, according to local MHK David Cannan.
Michael Commissioners are asking residents to vote on plans to use a section of the local primary school for a satellite service for Ramsey GPs.
However, Mr Cannan is unhappy as the voting forms state the current premises at Cannan Court are unsuitable, which he disputes.
He also says there is no control of who is voting, as the ballot boxes are unsupervised and people can vote as many times as they want.
Mr Cannan says existing voting papers should be destroyed and the consultation restarted and properly monitored.
Health and education chiefs say if a surgery is relocated, it would not operate during school opening and closing times to avoid congestion.
