Police appeal for witnesses to early morning fight

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a fight which happened early this morning in Douglas.

 

The fight took place on Clifton Terrace near to the Glen Falcon Gardens between 2.15am and 2.30am today (Wednesday).

 

PC Alison Thomas said: "Four men and a woman who were arrested in connection with the incident are currently being detained at police headquarters and will be interviewed today in relation to the matter.

 

"This disturbance is believed to have generated quite a lot of noise. I would urge anyone who has seen or heard anything which happened in that area at that time to get in contact with me, or any other police officer, at Lord Street Police Station on 01624 631212. Information can also be given anonymously via the Crimestoppers number 0800 555111."
