Youth Centre up to second

by isleofman.com 19th March 2011

Ramsey Youth Centre have moved up to second in JCK Division Two after a 3-0 victory over Ronaldsway.

Declan Cummins, Aidan Cummins and Steven Jordan were on target for the home side but the match was marred by a serious injury to Youth Centre’s Henley Tongue and both clubs wish him well.

Pulrose kept their Paul Henry Gold Cup hopes alive with a 2-1 home win over Foxdale – Liam Hawley and Joe Reece their scorers.

Braddan edged out fast-improving Douglas and District 5-4 in a thriller.

Daniel Clague-Stewart notched a hat-trick for D&D and Ben Skelton added the other but it wasn’t enough as James Cain, an own goal, Lee Ramsden, Paul Ramsden and Geoff Murphy ensured the points went to Braddan.
