TWENTY-four first time buyers homes have been completed in Ridgeway Road, Onchan.

Convery Close, as the estate will be known, consists of 18 two-bedroom and six three-bedroom houses.

They have already been allocated to applicants on the register of first time buyers.

Member for housing Bill Henderson MHK said: "The standard of the properties developed is excellent and we have worked closely with our contractor to ensure they have been built to our specification.

"It is important these homes are to a decent standard to provide accommodation for many years to come."
