Police investigate assault in Outback

A MAN needed four stitches in his head after being assaulted in the Outback pub in Douglas.

 

It happened between 1.30am and 2.30am in the early hours of Sunday morning.

 

The victim was stood on the edge of the dance floor when he was approached by another man who subsequently assaulted him.

 

PC Jenette Martin said: "This incident has left the aggrieved shaken and police are anxious to speak with the person responsible or any witnesses."
