Hanbidge returning to Scotland

by isleofman.com 15th March 2011

Albany Club tennis coach Colin Hanbidge is leaving at the end of this month to return to his native Scotland.

He has been on the Island for three years and has been very much responsible for developing a strong junior programme, especially with mini tennis.

The club says it is grateful to Colin for all his efforts and wishes him good luck with his new post at Perth.

The Albany committee has now appointed former Isle of Man Tennis Association development officer Ian Watson as its new coach.

Ian has been involved in Island tennis for 15 years and knows the club well.
