WORKERS with responsibility for managing the performance of others have been invited to take part in a coaching and feedback skills workshop.

The workshop is being run by Smart HR and will focus on how to enhance an employee’s performance.

It will look at how to prepare for and deliver effective feedback, cover the plan - do - review coaching process, and how to improve your own personal performance. It will also cover how to communicate with an angry person. 

Training is suitable for supervisors, team leaders and managers with responsibility for the performance of others. It is also suitable for HR personnel who are involved in providing guidance, coaching and feedback to others.
