by isleofman.com 15th March 2011

ANYONE with friends or relatives in the Republic of Ireland can speak to them for half the normal price on Thursday.

Manx Telecom is marking St Patrick's Day by cutting call costs to all Irish fixed line and mobile phone numbers on March 17.

David Smith, director of marketing at Manx Telecom, said: "Many Manx people have connections with Ireland and St Patrick's Day is a fantastic opportunity to catch up with friends, family, and business colleagues in the Republic.

"Our half price deal on all calls will help them keep in touch and save them money at the same time."

Reduced charges will apply to all customers regardless of the tariff plan they are on. For full details visit the Manx Telecom website www.manxtelecom.com/17march.
